摘　　要：近来阿司匹林和氯吡格雷抵抗受到了越来越多的关注,它被用来描述冠状动脉疾病患者在用阿司匹林和氯吡格雷抗血小板治疗后仍发生不良心血管事件。明确抵抗的原因和机制将使冠状动脉疾病患者受益匪浅。现就阿司匹林和氯吡格雷抵抗的定义、可能机制和检测方法做一综述。Resistance to aspirin and clopidogrel has been attracting increasing attention. Recently, it has been used to show that adverse cardiac events still occur after antiplatelet treatment with aspirin and/or clopidogrel in patients with coronary artery disease. Therefore, defining the mechanisms of resistance will be of great benefit to patients with coronary artery disease. The article reviews definitions, possible mechanisms, and methods of detecting aspirin and clopidogrel resistance.
