摘 要:根据矿井通防工作相关防灾、救灾的具体要求,采用故障类型及影响分析方法,确立了矿井通风系统减灾抗灾指标体系及其分级界定值;利用模糊区间法与层次分析法相结合的方法确定了各个指标的常权值;运用危险源危险度值的变化实现了变权方法,最终构建了多层次模糊动态变权综合评价数学模型。并用该方法对某煤矿井下通风系统的减灾抗灾能力进行了评价,为保障矿井的安全生产提供了理论依据。Based on the relevant particular demands for hazard prevention and relief by mine ventilation, the indexes system for hazard reduction and relief by mine ventilation system was built up and its classification definition values were defined by the types of faults and influence analysis. Furthermore, the constant weights of the total evaluation indexes were fixed by the combination of fuzzy interval method with analytic hierarchy process. Meanwhile, the method of variable weight was realized by changing the danger degree value of the dangerous source, finally the mathematic model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with dynamic variable weights was established. And the ability of hazard reduction and relief by mine ventilation system for some mine was evaluated with this method, this thus provided the theoretical basis for guaranteeing safe production of the mine.
