摘 要:在45钢和T10钢表面进行了低温盐浴渗铬,研究了渗层的耐磨性和附着性。结果表明:虽然两种钢的渗铬层具有不同的硬度,但具有相近的耐磨性;渗铬层比热处理硬化处理T10钢的耐磨性提高10倍左右。渗铬层的磨损为脆性磨损,磨擦面平整光滑。渗铬层的附着性好,能承受较大的冲击。45 and T10 steel were chromized in low-temperature salt bath. Both wear and adhesion properties of chromized layers were studied. The results show that the wear property of the chromized layers of 45 steel is similar to that of T10 steel although they show different hardness. The wear property of the ehromized layers is ten times better than that ofT10 steel by hardening treatment. The chromized layer is of brittle wear and the wearing surface is smooth. The adhegion of the chromized layers is very good and can bear a larger collision.
