摘  要:利用低过热度浇注技术制备了半固态A356合金浆料,研究了半固态初生相形貌的分形维数和计算方法。应用MATLAB软件编制了相应的计算程序,对半固态A356合金初生相的形貌图像的计盒维数进行了计算。结果表明,低过热度浇注制备的A356铝合金初生相形貌属于一种分形结构,不同工艺条件下制备的半固态A356合金的初生相形貌有不同的分形维数;应用分形维数的计算结果可研究半固态A356合金初生相的形貌及其组织性能。The semi-solid slurry of A356 alloy was prepared at low overheated temperature, and the fi-actal dimension of primary phase morphology and the corresponding calculation were researched. The corresponding calculating program was written by MATLAB to calculate the fractal dimensions of box-counting in the morphology imagine of semi-solid primary phase in A356 alloy. The results indicated that the primary phase morphology of semi-solid A356 alloy prepared at low overheated temperature belonged to a kind of fractal structure, and the morphology of primary phase prepared by the different technology had different fi'actal dimensions. By means of the result of the fractal dimension, the morphology and properties of semi-solid primary phase in A356 alloy can be researched.
