摘  要:为研究冷却条件对铜镍合金铸件质量的影响,在对铜镍合金铸造工艺分析的基础上,引用传热-流动-应力耦合的铸造模拟软件PROCAST对不同的冷却条件下铜镍合金的凝固进行缺陷和温度场分布数值模拟,并根据模拟结果,结合实验分析了不同冷却条件下铸件质量,确定了铜镍合金凝固过程中较为合理的冷却条件,提高了铸件质量。模拟结果表明:在钢模加保温冒口浇铸条件下,铜镍合金铸件的质量最佳。In order to research the influence of casting processes on the quality of casting, based on the casting process of the Cu-Ni alloy, the simulation software of diathermanous-flowing-stress coupling, PROCAST, was used to simulate the Cu-Ni alloy solidification process about the defects and temperature field under different cooling conditions. Combining experimental results with the simulation results, the casting quality under different cooling conditions was analyzed. Furthermore, a better cooling condition for solidification process of the Cu-Ni alloy was chosen to improve casting quality. The simulation results indicate that the quality of Cu-Ni alloy casting is best on the cooling condition of the steel mold with the insulated riser system.
