摘 要:以VisualBasic6.0为编程环境,编制了连铸一级基础自动化部分模拟系统,通过VisualBasic6.0自带的WinSock控件完成模拟系统与二冷二级控制系统之间的通讯,将连铸生产过程的模拟数据反馈给二冷二级控制系统,为连铸二冷二级控制系统的开发提供了便利条件。从钢水的凝固过程为多元系相变出发,建立连铸板坯凝固传热的二冷控制模型,以此求得铸坯表面的温度分布,将此温度分布作为连铸坯表面温度反馈。Based on Visual Basic6.0, the simulation system of L1 (level 1)fundamental automatization was established. Using WinSock Controller of Basic6.0, the communication between the simulation system and the L2 (level 2)control system was realized. Thesimulation system of L1 gave produce data, which was fed back to L2 control system, so the simulation system of L1 provided convenient condition for development of L2 control system. Based on the phase transition with several elements of solidification of slabs, the model of solidification heat-transfer process of continuous slab castings in secondary cooling was established. Then the distribution of surface temperature of slabs was obtained, the temperature would be fed back to L2 control system.
