摘 要:为了解决复杂底座零件的材料利用率低、加工工时多、生产成本高等问题,针对零件几何形状特点,制定了合理的成形工艺方案;应用有限元数值模拟技术,分析了预成形、反挤成形、冷挤整形过程中金属的流动规律,讨论了不同变形温度、摩擦系数对预成形的影响,优化了冷挤整形凹模工作带参数,为成形工艺优化和后续模具设计提供了科学依据。经实验验证,新工艺成形的工件非加工外形面尺寸精度达到了零件要求,数值模拟结果与实验结果一致。In order to solve the questions of low material utilization ratio, long machining man-hour and high production cost of the complicated base frame part, according to the properties of geometric shape of part, the proper forming technological scheme was instituted. Using numerical simulation method of finite element, the metal flow regularities in the forming processes of preforming, backward extrusion forming, cold extrusion sizing were analyzed, the effects of different deformation temperatures and friction coefficients on preforming were discussed, the concave die parameters of cold extrusion sizing were optimized, providing scientific reference for technological optimization and die design. The accuracy of non working surface of workpiece formed with new technology can meet the requirements of part through experimental verification, and the results of numerical simulation are consistent with the results of experiment.
