摘　　要：工业竞争力评价是研究工业经济的重要内容。考虑到一般工业竞争力评价(如CIP指数)的不足,我国地区工业竞争力评价应尽量回避工业增加值指标而重视创新指标。立足波特在1998年提出的簇群影响竞争的3种方式建立的评价模型可以对基于簇群的工业竞争力做出科学评价。Industrial competitiveness evaluation is an important content of the study on industrial economy. Considering the defect of general industrial competitiveness evaluation such as CIP index, China＇s regional industrial competitiveness evaluation should avoid the indexes of industrial added value and pay attention to the index of innovation. Using the evaluation model established on three modes of cluster＇s influence on competition put forward by Michael E. Porter in 1998 can make the scientific evaluation on the industrial competitiveness based on clusters of enterprises.
