摘　　要：文明寨油田是一个极复杂的断块油田，明一东块是文明寨油田的主力区块，经过十三年的注水开发，层间矛盾加剧，水驱开发效果变差。从１９９０年开始，我们强化潜力认识，对明一东块实施产液结构、注水结构和井网结构调整，同时应用“四个整体”即整体油藏监测、整体分析研究、整体编制方案、整体组织实施的系统思想进行综合治理，实现了高含水采油期连续七年稳产，为复杂断块油藏高含水采油期提高采收率，探索出一套成功的做法。-Wenming Zhai oilfield is an extreme complex fault block oilfield.Ming YiDong block is a major productive one.After 13 years′ waterflooding development,interlayer contradictions sharpened and waterflood development result changed for the worse.From the beginning of 1990,produced fluid composition,waterflood and pattern structures have been regulated for Ming Yi Dong block,the comprehensive treatment carried out with “4 integer” systematic idea which are integral reservoir monitoring,integral analytical research,integral compiling plan and integral implement.During continuous 7 years stabilizing oil production has been achieved in high water cut production period.A successful method for enhancing oil recovery of complex fault block reservoir with high water cut has keen searched out.
