摘　　要：村镇银行为弥补我国农村金融体系的不足.解决农村金融供给与需求失衡起到了补充作用。然而作为具有公众效应、系统风险的金融机构.其风险的防范应是发展的前提和基础.本文给我们提供了很好的思路。Village and town banks have played a supplementary role in making up for the lack of rural financial of China's rural financial system and resolving the problem of supply and demand imbalance.But as the financial institutions taken on public effect and systemic risk,their risk preventions should be the prerequisite and basis of development,this article has provided us with a very good idea.
