摘　　要：分别研究了组分和工艺条件对PUR-RRIM轿车防擦装饰条制品性能的影响,以及配方和工艺间的协调等问题。找出了影响制品性能的规律,确定了合理的配方和工艺条件。制得的制品,经奇瑞轿车公司装车使用,已满足该车的技术要求。产品性能指标达到了进口配件技术标准,替代了进口。Influence of components and process conditions on product properties of PUR-RRIM trim strips for car antiabration was investigated.The coordination problems of the formula and the process were also studied. The regularities influencing product properties were found out. The optimum formula and process conditions were established. The trim strip products were used in Qirui car production and had met the technology requirment of the car. The indexes of product properties come up to technology standard of imported products. The products are substitute for imported products.
