摘  要:研究目的:观察耐力运动和(或)高脂膳食两种因素作用下,雄性大鼠的血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C及胰岛素水平,探讨运动与肥胖相关的脂类代谢异常和胰岛素水平的关系.研究方法:健康刚断乳雄性SD大鼠32只随机分为4组:正常饮食对照组(C组)、正常饮食运动组(E组)、高脂膳食组(D组)、运动+高脂膳食组(ErD组);C、E组普通饲料喂养,D、ErD组高脂饲料喂养,E、ErD组进行游泳训练;8周后,检测血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C及胰岛素水平;各组间进行比较.研究结果:1.大鼠体重:8周试验结束后D组>ErD组>C组>E组,D组与其他3组比较差异均具有显著性.2.血脂代谢:D组大鼠TC、TG、LDL-C均高于C组,差异具有显著性;ErD组大鼠TC、TG、HDL-C均高于C组,差异具有显著性;LDL-C水平:D组>ErD组>C,三组之间差异均具有显著性.3.血清胰岛素D组>ErD组>C组>E组,D组与三组之间差异均具有显著性.结论:1.游泳耐力训练对防止雄性高脂膳食大鼠出现肥胖具有一定作用;2.游泳耐力训练对改善雄性高脂膳食大鼠的脂代谢紊乱具有积极作用;3.游泳耐力训练可减少雄性高脂膳食大鼠的胰岛素水平升高.Objective: To observe the effects of endurance exercise and/or high - fat diet on the levels of serum TC, TG, HDL - C, LDL - C and insulin in male rats. To investigate if exercise can affect lipid metabolism abnormality and serum insulin level that related with obesity. Methods: Three - wk - old male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups : normal diet control ( C), normal diet + exercise ( E ), high fat diet (D), exercise + high fat diet (ErD). C and E groups took normal diet. D and ErD group took high fat diet. E and ErD group swam for 1 hour every day. After eight weeks, the levels of serum TC, TG, HDL - C, LDL - C and insulin were detected. Results: 1. Body weight of D group rats was more than other groups. Deference was significant. 2. Levels of serum TC ,TG and LDL - C in D group were higher than those in C group. Difference was significant. Levels of serum TC ,TG and HDL - C in ErD group were higher than C group. Difference was significant. Serum LDL - C levels in D group were higher than thoes in ErD group. At the same time, serum LDL - C levels in C group were lower than thoes in ErD group. Difference was significant. 3. Levels of serum insulin in D group were the highest, those in E group were the lowest, and those in ErD group were high- er than that in C group. Difference between D group and other groups was significant.
