摘 要:同济大学教学综合楼属于平面不规则和竖向刚度不规则的复杂高层结构,地震作用下结构呈现明显的扭转不规则特性,在结构布置上有很高的建筑、结构要求。传统的支撑体系布置思路如采用普通钢支撑、支撑连续布置等已不再是最佳的解决方案。为了寻求满足建筑与结构要求的合适柱间支撑体系布置方案,先对连续、不连续的普通钢支撑方案进行布置研究,指出各自存在的不足。为了弥补两种普通钢支撑存在的问题,探讨了粘滞阻尼器支撑和防屈曲支撑两种耗能减震支撑的应用。分析结果表明,通过耗能支撑的设置,可以改善由于追求建筑协调而采用的不连续钢支撑布置所导致的抗震和抗扭性能的不足,尤其是采用粘滞阻尼支撑,对结构具有最佳的抗震和抗扭效果。Teaching and Research Complex of Tongji University is a complex high-rise building structure with characteristic of plane irregularity and vertical irregularity. This structure represents obvious torsion effect when earthquakes occur. It brings very great challenges to the structural system selection and structural design. The traditional layout of brace system such as steel brace and vertical continuous brace are not the best method. In this paper, the layout of vertical continuous steel brace and the layout of vertical discontinuous steel brace are studied and their good points and bad points are aualysed. To overcome the shortage of these two kinds of steel brace systems, viscous damper brace and buckling-restrained brace are studied in this paper. Comprehensive analysis shows that energy dissipation brace can beused to improve earthquake-resistant and torsion resistant performance of discontinuous layout of steel brace due to the consideration of architectural coordination, especially the viscous damper brace.
