摘 要:针对杭州国际会议中心梁柱焊接节点进行了试验的方案设计和结果的有限元对比分析。在方案设计中,为比较真实荷载和简化荷载对节点引起的差异,通过有限单元法进行了数值模拟。通过对节点1/3缩尺模型试验的跟踪测试,得到了节点表面各测点的应力分布及测试值,测试结果表明节点的强度满足3倍设计荷载的要求。采用有限元软件模拟了不同受力状态下节点的弹塑性计算分析,测点的实测应力和有限元分析结果基本吻合,表明有限元分析的结果能真实反映节点的实际受力性能。两者之间的相互印证表明可以由有限元分析数据推断由于试验限制而不能测量的节点内部的应力数值及分布情况。最后对节点的受力性能和安全性做出了评价。节点试验表明在数倍设计荷载作用下,构件及节点的承载和变形能力都较强,并体现了"强柱弱梁,节点更强"的设计理念。所采用的试验方法和计算手段可供类似的工程应用参考。In this paper, experimental study has been done on beam-column welded joint of Hangzhou International Conference Center. In the design of experiment, a numerical simulation through finite element method has been done to compare the real load and simplified load. Through the 1/3 scale model experiment the strain of externally considered points and the deformation of the whole beam-column joint are tested. The reseed stress show that the strength of joint can meet the requirement of 3 times of design load. The FEM analysis model is also performed to compute the stress at the same point. Through the comparison between the calculated values and the tested values, it is shown that both of the values match well. Then, the stresses of the corresponding points can be calculated through the relationships of them. On this condition the internal stress distribution can be deduced by the FEM results. Finally, combining the test and the analysis, the mechanical behavior of the beam-column joint is revealed, as well as the safety of the joint is assessed. The beam-column joint in steel frame of Hangzhou International Conference Center is safe and reliable, and it has ample strength reservation. The corresponding results can be used as references for similar structures.
