学生党建工作对大学生“成人”教育的作用

摘　　要：大学生"成人、成才、成功""三成"教育的实现,必须紧紧抓住"成人"这一最根本、最重要的环节。一是理解大学生"成人"教育内涵,抓住学生党建工作着力点;二是践行大学生"成人"教育要求,突出学生党建工作重点,从"坚定一个信念"、"树立两个形象"、"上好三个台阶"、"增强四个意识"等方面实施"成人"教育。Of the Three-be Education for college students, being mature, being talent and being successful, being-mature education is the first and most important one. Firstly, we must understand the meaning of mature education, and grasp the key work of the party building for college students; the second is to carry out the demand of the mature education, placing more importance on the party building for college students, mature education is put into practice from different aspects, by holding a firm belief, establishing two good images, stepping on three good steps and enhancing four consciousnesses.
