摘　　要：随着内地与港澳的交流日益密切,经贸往来日益频繁、人员往来不断增加,毒品犯罪分子充分利用便利的交通条件和粤港澳三地法域的差异,建立起制造、贩卖、走私毒品的犯罪团伙和网络,进行跨境毒品犯罪。研究跨境毒品犯罪的发展趋势、探讨跨境毒品犯罪的原因,有利于制定有效的打击对策,从而有效地遏制跨境毒品犯罪的不断发展、蔓延。Along with the communication of inland, Hong Kong and Macao, the trade and people contact is day by day frequent, the drug criminals fully use convenient traffic conditions and the Guangdong, Hong Kong, Marco three places＂ different scope of law, establish the manufacture, trade, the smuggling narcotics crime gang and the network, commit drug crimes. Studies on trans- boundary drug crime＇s trend of development and the discussion of the crime reason will benefit the formulation of effective attack countermeasures, thus effectively contain tranboundary drug crimes＇ unceasing development and spread.
