摘　　要：警衔晋升培训教育是公安培训教育的重要组成部分、是我国警衔制度的重要内容、是提高人民警察政治思想素质及业务素质的有效途径。随着知识经济时代的来临,培训教育显示比正规学历教育需求广、规模大、结构复杂的特点,因此必须靠不断的实践积累经验,以专业化的理论为指导,以认真、负责和开拓的精神,全力搞好警衔培训晋升教育,才能为我国警衔.制度的法制化做出积极贡献。The police ranking promotion education is the primary component of police training education, the major content of the police ranking system, and the efficient approach to promote the policeman＇s political, idelogical and professional qualities as well. With the times of the knowledge economy drawing near, the training education has shown the characteristics of broader demands, larger scale and more complex structure than the formal college education. As a result, we must rely on the continuously cumulative practical expereriences, guided by the specilized theory, fulfill the police ranking promotion education seriously, responsible and pioneering spirits, which will contribute to our country＇s legalization of the police ranking system.
