摘　　要：犯罪心理中的侠义与广义问题困扰着理论研究与实践工作。作为学科概念的犯罪心理学和作为犯罪心理学最基本概念的犯罪心理必须明确。犯罪心理学研究的对象是确定的,犯罪心理学的定义不应有广义与狭义之分。犯罪心理是对犯罪心理现象本质特征的概括,它反映出犯罪心理现象的内在联系。可以有不同种类的犯罪心理,但是不应有广义与狭义犯罪心理之说。The problems of narrow criminal psychology and broad criminal psychology puzzled the theoretical research and practical work. We must be clear about the criminal psychology between being a subject concept and being the basic guilty mind. The research object of criminal psychology is determined and the definition of criminal psychology should not have broad one and narow one. Guilty mind is the summary of the nature characteristic of crime mind phenomena and it reflects its inner link. So we have different kinds of guilty minds. We should not say there exists broad criminal psychology and narrow criminal psychology.
