摘　　要：钦州港口具备了港口现代物流业发展建设必备的优越条件。钦州港口物流信息系统的发展在宏观环境和微观环境方面存在很多问题。钦州港口物流信息系统建设的建议与对策有:提高对物流信息系统的认识;加强物流信息系统专业人才的培养;建立核心的信息化管理组织机构,加快物流公共信息平台建设;建设钦州电子口岸工程;推动钦州长港口物流信息标准化建设。The Qinzhou port has had the necessary excellent conditions of harbor modem logistics development construction .There are many problems in the macroscopic environment and the microscopic environment aspect to the development of Qinzhou port logistic information system. The Qinzhou port logistic information system construction＇s suggestion and the countermeasure include： Enhances to the knowledge of logistic information system ; Strengthens the logistic information system professional＇s raise; Establishment core informationization management organizations and agencies; Constructs the Qinzhou electron port project.
