血液透析串联树脂灌流器治疗尿毒症瘙痒的观察与体会

摘　　要：目的:观察血液透析串联树脂灌流器治疗尿毒症瘙痒的疗效。方法:应用瑞典生产的金宝AK95型透析机,FreseniusF6透析器,珠海丽珠医用生物材料有限公司生产的树脂血液灌流器对尿毒症患者进行血液透析,观察全身皮肤瘙痒程度。结果:通过血液透析后,大部分患者瘙痒症状几乎全部消失,同时对机体及肾功能的恢复起到了良好的作用,对减少心力衰竭发生起到了一定的作用。结论:血液透析串联树脂灌流器是目前治疗尿毒症瘙痒症状较为满意的方法。Objective： To observe the hemodialysis series resin for the treatment of uremic pruritus perfusion effect. Methods： Sweden Jinbao AK95 - type production of dialysis machines, FreseniusF6 dialysis, Zhuhai Lizhu Medical Limited production of biological material resin hemoperfusion for uremia patients on hemodialysis, itchy skin observation level. Results：Most patients with symptoms of itching were almost disappeared after Hemodialysis, while the recovery of the body and renal function played a good role in the reduction of heart failure. Conclusion：Hemodialysis series resin perfusion is an ideal treatment for uremic pruritus.
