小儿过敏性紫癜与HLA-DRB_1关联性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿过敏性紫癜与HLA-DRB1的相关性。方法选取2002年-2005年因过敏性紫癜住院患儿79例。用SSP/PCR方法,分析HLA-DRB1基因多态性。过敏源及血清IgE检测用ELISA方法。结果过敏性紫癜患儿HLA-DRB1*18的基因频率为10.1%与正常对照组有显著差异。具有HLA-DRB1*18等位基因者发生过敏性紫癜的相对危险性近似值(OR)为2.76。结论HLA-DRB1*18与小儿过敏性紫癜相关联,HLA-DRB1*18可能是小儿过敏性紫癜的易感基因。Objective To investigate the relevance betwcen Henoch-Schoenlein purpura （HSP） and HLA-DRB1 in children. Methods From 2002 to 2005,79 eases of children in our hospital with Henoch-Schoenlein purpura were selected. Use the method of SSP/PCR, polymorptfism of HLA-DRB1 was detected. Allergic source and total IgE in blood serum were detected by the method of ELIAS. Results Gene frequency of HLA-DRB1 18 in children with Henoch-Schoenlein purpura is 10.1%. It is significantly different from normal control group. The odds ratio（OR） in ctfildren with HLA-DRB1 18 allele is 2.76.Conclusion HLA-DRB1 18 may be the predisposing genes in children with Henoch-Schoenlein purpura. HLA-DRB1 18 is relate to children＇s Henoch-Schoenlein purpura.
