白细胞酯酶和CD15阳性细胞同步检测在女性UU、Mh感染者中诊断价值的研究

摘　　要：目的研究白细胞酯酶和CD15阳性细胞同步检测在非淋菌性尿道炎中的诊断价值。方法对经UU和Mh培养进行筛选的60例的非淋菌性尿道炎女性患者分别检测阴道深部分泌物中的白细胞酯酶和CD15阳性中性粒细胞。结果60例标本中白细胞酯酶阳性者37例,白细胞酯酶的阳性率明显增高(P<0.05)。在37例白细胞酯酶阳性者中CD15阳性细胞百分率大于50%者为17例,小于50%者为20例;结论白细胞酯酶的检测对UU和Mh泌尿生殖系感染有较高诊断价值;CD15阳性细胞检测有助于病情判断和估测预后。Objective To study the application value of synchronous detection of leucocyte esterase and CD15 positive ceils in non-gonococeal urethritis.Methods In 60 out patients with non-gonococcal urethritis,leueocyte esterasc and CD15 positive ceils were detected in vaginal secretions, and contrastive analysis was made with the culture of UU and Mh. Results In specimens of 60 cases, there were 37 positive cases of leucocyte esterase, and in cases of UU and Mh infectious, the positive rates of leucocyte esterase were significantly increased（P 〈 0.05）. In 37 positive cases of leucocyte esterase, there were 17 cases with a percentage of CD15 positive cells higher than 50% ,and 20 cases, lower than 50%. In group of higher positive rate of CD15 ,the infection rate of UU and Mh was significantly lower than that in group of lower positive rate of CD15. Conclusion The detection of leucocyte esterase is beneficial to the diagnosis of UU and Mh infectious in urogenital system, and the detection of CD15 positive cells is beneficial to the judgement of disease state and the prediction of prognosis.
