摘  要:通过高压釜静态模拟试验,以白油/环烷酸为腐蚀介质进行失重试验,研究了不同温度、酸值和恒温时间下,20号碳钢和Cr9Mo钢材料的腐蚀行为。结果表明:随着试验温度、油品酸值的提高,腐蚀速度增大;恒温6h后腐蚀速度趋于稳定;在相同的条件下,Cr9Mo钢的耐蚀性优于20号碳钢。Laboratory tests were conducted to measure the weight loss of 20 carbon steel and Cr9Mo steel in white oil/naphthenic acid with various total acid numbers (TAN) under static simulated conditions in a high-pressure tank so as to study the influence of temperature and test duration on the corrosion behavior of the steels. Results showed that the corrosion rates of the steels were directly related to temperature at the same TAN. The corrosion rates increased with increasing TAN at a given temperature and remained nearly constant upon a test duration of 6 h. Besides, Cr9Mo steel showed better corrosion resistance than 20 carbon steel under the same testing conditions.
