例说铝合金化学抛光槽液的化验分析方法

摘　　要：为了给铝合金化学抛光槽液的配制和调整提供准确的依据,编制了方便实用的槽液化验分析工艺,通过误差理论分析的方法验证了化验工艺的可行性和准确性,并在生产实践中进行了应用,为表面处理槽液化验分析工艺的编制提供了一个典型的范例。A facile and practical process for the laboratory test and analysis of the bath fluid for polishing Al alloys was established,aiming at providing references to the formulation and adjustment of the chemical polishing bath. The feasibility and accuracyof the method were verified using error theoretical analysis.The established method had been successfully applied in production,and hopefully it would be adopted as a typical model for establishing processes for the laboratory test and analysis of the bath fluids for surface treatment.
