摘  要:通过分析接种物培养液的产气率、产甲烷率、pH值和挥发酸(VFA)等指标的变化情况,比较研究了室温(22±2℃)条件下磷酸盐添加对秸秆厌氧发酵接种物驯化的影响.研究结果表明,培养液产气情况稳定,接种物活性在驯化15 d后迅速上升,并在发酵前期和中后期先后出现两个产气高峰;与对照组相比,添加磷酸盐的培养液的产气高峰出现较早,且总产气量略高;磷酸盐对厌氧微生物的营养结构有一定的调整作用.The effects of adding phosphate solution on the inoculation of anaerobic digestion for rice straw were studied under 22 ± 2 ℃ conditions. The biogas yields and methane contents, pH levels and volatile fatty acid (VFA) concentrations in the digesters were oompared in four reactors with respect to two different initial "IS loads and phosphate dosages. The results showed that the biogas production was stable and the activity of the inoculum increased rapidly after inoculation for 15 days. There were 2 gas production peaks at the earlier and mid-later period. Earlier gas production peaks and increased cumulative gas productions could be obtained in the digesters with phosphate added which might balance the nutrition need in anaerobic digestion of rice straw.
