河南省农村居民冠心病的疾病经济负担分析

摘　　要：目的对河南省农村居民冠心病经济负担进行分析。方法依据2006年河南省卫生服务调查和卫生部常规死因登记报告系统等数据,利用二步模型法和人力资源法分别测算疾病直接经济负担、间接经济负担,并进行分类统计。结果2006年河南省农村居民冠心病经济负担为26.71亿元,占全部疾病总经济负担的4.55%,占河南省GDP的0.43%。结论冠心病给河南省农村居民带来了沉重的经济负担,且呈上升趋势,应积极开展冠心病的预防工作。Objectives To analyze economic burden of rural patients with coronary heart diseases in Henan province. Methods Using Two - step Model and Human Capital Approach to measure the direct, indirect and total economic burden of patients with chronic non - communicable diseases separately and to sum up by classification according to the data from Henan Health Service Surveys in 2006 and the National Routine Vital Registration System. Results In 2006, the total economic burden from coronary heart diseases is 26.71 billion RMB, accounting for 4.55% of the total economic burden of all diseases and 0.43 % of GDP of Henan province. Conclusions Coronary heart diseases have brought increasingly heavy economic burden to Henan. Consequently, it is extremely necessary to take some measures to prevent the coronary heart diseases.
