摘 要:从固体表面的润湿性理论出发介绍了三种不同的接触角模型和理论方程,阐明了实现超疏水性的两个必要条件:低表面能表面和特定的细微粗糙度。同时综述了国内外制备超疏水涂膜时常用的疏水材料和制备粗糙表面的方法、动态疏水性及其应用前景。Hydrophobic film technology have been applied in many fields of modern industry. Three different solid surface wetting models and contact angle equations were introduced. The two necessary conditions of the preparation of super-hydrophobie solid surface including low energy surface and special micro surface roughness were elucidated from the wetting theory of solid surface. Meantime, the hydrophobie materials in common use including compounds containing silicon and fluorine, several main preparing methods of rough solid surface, dynamic super-hydrophobic and application prospects of super-hydrophobie films were reviewed in this paper.
