摘　　要：党的十一届三中全会开启了我国改革开放的历史新时期,实现了我们党历史上一次具有重大意义的伟大转折。改革开放使中国人民的面貌、社会主义中国的面貌、中国共产党的面貌发生了历史性变化。实践充分证明,改革开放是决定当代中国命运的关键抉择,是发展中国特色社会主义、实现中华民族伟大复兴的必由之路。The Third Plenary Session of the 11th central committee of the CCP opened a new historical period of reform and opening up, and realized a great significance turning in our party＇ s history. China＇ s reform and opening up make the face of the people, the face of Chinese socialism, the face of the Communist Party of China change historically. The practice has given the full proof that the reform and opening - up is the key choice, which can determine the fate of contemporary China. It is also the only way to develop socialism with Chinese characteristics and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
