摘 要:传统的模具设计方法设计周期长、工作量大。在整机装配环节,仅在理论上进行可行性的装配计算,各个零件之间的相对装配关系只能间接表达出来,可视性差,设计智能化低。文中详细说明了自行车铃盖复合模的设计过程,从冲压工艺方案制定、排样设计、复合模结构设计及工艺计算、复合模三维参数化设计等方面进行了阐述。利用UG完成了模具的三维参数化造型设计并进行了虚拟装配。可以直观地分析模具的结构并进行干涉检查,根据分析结果可进行模具的优化设计。利用UG的参数化、智能化设计和虚拟装配等功能,使设计人员摆脱了对物理样机的过度依赖,缩短了产品的开发周期,降低了成本,提高了产品质量。The design cycle of conventional die design is long period and workload is huge. In the machine assembly process, feasibility assembled calculation is proceeded in the abstract and relative assembly relation of every parts are expressed indirectly. Visibility and intelligent design are not good. In this paper, design process of bicycle bell cap compound die is explicated. Decision of die process scheme, design of blank layout, structural design of compound die and calculation of technology, three-dimensional parameterization design of compound die are expounded. Applying UG, three-dimensional parameterization design of die and virtual assembly are completed. Die structure is analyzed directly and interference check can be underway, and optimal design of die can be carried on according to analysis results. Utilizing parameterization, intelligent design and virtual assembly of UG, designers are free from relying on physical prototyping, development cycle of product is shortened, cost is reduced and product quality is improved.
