摘  要:针对比例阀比例流量控制信号存在大范围多变动,使得阀的输出流量同步变化,导致液压系统供应流量也是大变动。如果油源是定流量输出,那么将会有较多的溢流损失问题。设计了一种溢流阀流量-位移传感器,与比例溢流阀相比有原理上的相似处,比例溢流阀的比例信号是输入控制电信号,而感载溢流阀的比例信号为输出感应信号,采用新型溢流阀流量反馈信号控制变量泵,使变量泵改变输出流量,达到流量跟随控制节能的目的,并且将位移传感器所获信号控制变频器进而控制电机转速,或者调节内燃机的喷油阀门的开度,以达到很好节能效果。通过对该阀及其控制的液压系统进行仿真,结果表明该类控制系统具有良好流量跟踪性能和动力源-负载匹配特征,能达到减少能量损失的作用。For the flow control signal of proportion valve have big range, so that the output flow synchronous changed, leading to supply the hydraulic system is a large change in the flow. If the flow of oil output is set, then there will be more losses of the overflow. In this paper, we design a relief valve flow - displacement sensors, compared with the proportion of relief valve on the principle of similarities, the ratio relief valve is the ratio of input signal control signals, and the sense of relief valve on the ratio of signal to Sensor output signal, a new relief valve flow control variable pump feedback signal to change output variable flow pump, to follow the flow of energy-saving control purposes, and will be available displacement sensor control signal converter thereby control the motor speed, or adjust the internal combustion engine Injector valve opening, so as to achieve good energy-saving effect. Through the valve and its control of the hydraulic system simulation results show that such traffic control system has a good track performance and power source - load matching characteristics, can reduce energy loss to the role.
