摘  要:在聚环氧丙烷(PPG)链引入双酚A、环氧乙烷,进行了无规或有规嵌段聚合,调整丙氧基(PO)、乙氧基(EO)、双酚A在聚醚中的分布序列,得到S、SH和SPE 3种改性聚醚。结果表明,不同PO、EO和双酚A的分布对PU乳液外观及黏度有较大影响;有规嵌段的SPE聚醚对PU乳液的耐电解质性能有突出贡献,是S型的7.98倍、SH型的3.90倍、PPG型的3.69倍;双酚A对PU膜的力学性能有显著增强作用,SPE相对分子质量(Mr=3 000)较其他3种聚醚(Mr=2 000)大50%,在同等条件下得到的膜的力学性能好于其他3种。Bisphenol A and ethylene oxide (EO) were incorporated into poly (propylene oxide ) (PPG), and random copolymerization and block copolymerization were used for adjusting the distributing sequence of propylene oxide(PO), EO and bisphenol A in the modified polyethers (S, SH and SPE ). The distribution of PO, EO and bisphenol A had a great effect on the appearance and viscosity of the emulsion. The well-regulated block copolymer SPE exhibited high performance of resisting electrolyte, which is 7.98 times that of S, 3.90 times that of SH and 3.69 times that of PPG. The mechanical performance of the PU film was enhanced obviously by bisphenol A. The relative molecular mass of the reshaping polyether ( SPE, Mr = 3 000) was 50% higher than that of the other three kinds of polyethers(Mr =2 000),and the mechanical performance of this film is the best of all.
