摘　　要：涉法涉诉信访是信访案件中比较特殊的一类。尽管近年来,我国各级司法机关充分重视对涉法涉诉信访案件的解决,但是政策鼓励与体制压制之间的矛盾、总量不少与解决有限之间的矛盾仍然存在。突破这一困境的出路在于正确看待涉法涉诉信访现象,严格界定其受理范围并依法解决相关问题。Complaint reporting involving law and litigation is rather special. Although much attention has been paid to resolving complaint reporting involving law and litigation by judicial authorities at all levels, the contradictions between policy encouragement and system suppression,large number and limited resolution still exist. The way - out of resolving this predicament is how to accurately treat the phenomenon of complaint reporting involving law and litigation,stricth define its acceptance scope and resolve related problems in accordance with the law.
