摘　　要：中国科技期刊数量不断增加,质量也在不断提高,如何评价期刊质量成了期刊界的重要课题。然而,中国科技"核心期刊"评定存在很多问题:学术引导效应不力,"影响因子"对"核心期刊"的学术质量评价存在较大的局限性,科技"核心期刊"缺乏人力资本质量评价,科技"核心期刊"的行业分类不明确。如何优化中国科技"核心期刊"的遴选原则与方法显得尤为重要,遴选原则、遴选范围、遴选指标体系建设、遴选程序等方面必须进行优化;而且需强化中国科技"核心期刊"管理:强化科技"核心期刊"组织管理体制,实施科技"核心期刊"的分类指导,实施个性化管理,强化争创科技"核心期刊",提高期刊学术水平的良性循环。It is important to evaluate China＇s scientific periodicals as they are improving in the quality and increasing in the number. But there are also many problems in the evaluation of kernel scientific periodicals. This paper illustrated the status and suggested a system of evaluation, such as organization and management,principles of selection,range of selection and establishment of selection system and procedure of selection et al. It also suggested that scientific kernel periodical management must be strengthened and guided under classification, thus to make a positive cycling of periodicals.
