摘　　要：电力需求侧响应就是运用系统可靠性程序或基于市场的价格去影响需求的时间和水平。对需求侧响应理论研究和实践操作中密切相关的几个经济学原理进行了系统阐述,以对需求侧响应的经济学原理有一个全景理解,包括电力短期行业供应曲线的跃变特性,电力需求弹性的非线性和不对称性,以及电力需求侧响应的非纯公共物品性。指出应采用极短期电力需求弹性和长期需求弹性以及公共物品最优标准来进行需求侧响应的评估。Electric power demand side response influences the demand time and level based on the system reliability programs or market prices. To have a panoramic understnding of demand side re- sponse economic theories, this paper systematically expounds several economic principles which are closely related to the theoretic study and practice operation of demand side response. They are the jump features of supply curve in electric power short-term industry, non-linear and asymmetry of electricity demand elasticity, and the non-pure public goods property of demand side response. It points out that very short-term and long-term demand elasticity and optimistic standard of public good should be used to evaluate demand side response.
