摘　　要：人才的特征是人才本质的现实反映和具体体现。本文以我国地质学基础研究领域的国家杰出青年科学基金项目获得者为研究对象,运用定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法,总结出我国地质学青年拔尖人才具备全球视野、知识广博、富有创新精神和创造能力、带动性、辐射性、预见性等显著特征,对我国地质学人才的培育具有重要指导意义。Characteristics are manifestations of the essence of talents. This paper uses the young scholars of geology involved in basic research who have received the grant from the National Natural Science Foundation for Outstanding Young Scholars in China as samples and combines quantitative and qualitative methods to find out their dominant characteristics such as the global vision, wide coverage of knowledge, innovative spirit and creative ability, catalytic nature, radiativity and foresightedness. The results are important for cultivating outstanding young scholars of geology in China.
