摘　　要：本文以果蝇染色体的内含子和编码序列作为研究对象,用信息参数D2分析两类序列沿着染色体的分布规律,并用多项式拟合分析染色体各类序列沿染色体的统计分布特征,分析D2参数的平均值在不同的染色体臂的分布特征.In this paper, Drosophila melanogaster chromosomes intron and coding sequence as the study. D2 parameters with information along the chromosome sequence analysis of two types of distribution and use of polynomial fitting along the chromosome sequence of chromosome types of statistical distribution, analysis of D2 In different parameters, on average, the distribution arm of chromosome characteristics.
