摘 要:采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了熔融纺丝法制备的锦纶6(PA6)/聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)共混纤维的非等温结晶行为,并利用修正Avrami方程的Jeziorny法和R-t法对其结晶动力学进行分析。结果表明,由于PVDF的黏度大,且PVDF中的氟原子能与PA6的酰胺键形成氢键,阻碍了PA6分子链在结晶过程中的运动,导致共混纤维的结晶温度和结晶速率比纯PA6纤维低,半结晶时间比PA6大,且随着PVDF含量的增加,其变化更为明显。The non-isothermal crystallization behavior of the PA6/PVDF blend fibers prepared by melt spinning was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and the crystallization kinetics were analyzed by Jeziorny,R-t methods based on modified Avrami equations. The results showed that the crystallization temperature and rate of blend fibers were lower than that of pure PA6 fiber, half- crystallization time was longer than that of PA6. This was attributed to the high viscosity of PVDF and the strong hydrogen bond between fluoride element of PVDF and amide bond of PAS, which prevented the mobility of PA6's molecular chain during crystallization. The non-isothermal crystallization behavior of PA6/PVDF was useful in the fiber spinning and performance optimization.
