摘  要:主要评价了低毒深水油基钻井液性能及其对油气层保护的效果。确定了适用深水的低毒油基钻井液配方:基液(白油∶25%CaCl2水溶液=70∶30),主乳化剂3.0%,辅乳化剂0.5%,润湿剂1.5%,有机土1.5%,降滤失剂3%,碱度调节剂1%,用CaCO3作密度调节剂。钻井液流变性测试表明,在低温下所配制的油基钻井液表现出了良好的性能,符合海上钻井的要求;岩心渗透率恢复值较高,说明所配制的油基钻井液的储层配伍性较好,对油气层损害较小。The performance of low toxicity oil-based drilling fluid under low temperature and deepwater and its effects on reservoir protection were evaluated. The formula was determined as follows, base fluid (oil : CaCl2 solution=70 : 30), the main emulsifier 3.0%, the auxiliary emulsifier 0.5% ,the wetting agent 1.5%, the organic clay 1.5 %, the filtration reducer 3 % , the alkalinity conditioner 1%,with CaCO3 as density regulator. This trial conducted a large number of rheological testing and it was found that, at low temperature, the prepared oil-based drilling fluid displayed good performance, in line with the requirements of offshore drilling. And the recovery of core permeability was well,which showed it had good reservoir compatibility with formation and did a less harm to the levels.
