摘  要:采用RP-HPLC法建立了浓百合剂中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量测定方法。色谱柱为Agilent SBC18-Aq(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%三乙胺水溶液(2∶98,冰醋酸调pH值3.0);检测波长为207nm;柱温为25℃;流速为1.0 mL.min-1;进样量为10μL。结果表明,盐酸麻黄碱在浓度为4.8508~11.1552μg.mL-1范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好,R为0.9997;盐酸伪麻黄碱在浓度为4.8672~11.3568μg.mL-1范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好,R为0.9995。方法的加样回收率为盐酸麻黄碱98.28%,RSD=0.94%;盐酸伪麻黄碱98.01%,RSD=0.71%。该方法能够对浓百合剂中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量进行准确、快速的测定,结果稳定、可靠、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。The method to determine contents of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Nongbai Mixture has been established by RP-HPLC method. The chromatographic column is Agilent SB C18-Aq (4.6 mm× 150 mm, 5 μm). Mobile phase is acetonitrile and 0. 1 % triethylamine water solution with ratio of 2 : 98 (pH value 3.0 regulated with glacial acetic acid). The detection wavelength is 207 nm. The column temperature is 25℃. The flow rate is 1.0 mL · min^-1 and sample volume is 10 μL. There are good linear relationships between the concentration of 4. 8508 - 11. 1552 μg · mL^-1 and peak area of ephedrine hydrochloride (R is 0. 9997) and the concentration of 4. 8672 - 11. 3568 μg · mL^-1 and peak area of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride (R is 0. 9995). The recovery of ephedrine hydrochloride is 98. 28% and relative standard deviation is 0.94% The recovery of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride is 98.01% and relative standard deviation is 0.71%. The present method for determining contents of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Nongbai Mixture is simple, accurate, sensitive and highly reproductive, which can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
