摘  要:采用气相色谱—质谱法(GC—MS)分离鉴定了超声强化超临界CO2萃取蜂胶萃取物中的成分,并与采用超临界CO2萃取产物的成分进行了比较。实验共鉴定出40种组分,超声强化超临界CO2萃取物与超临界CO2萃取物样品的化学组成相似,但超声强化超临界萃取物中,苯甲酸、肉桂酸肉桂酯、Z-14-二十四碳烯酸和柯因等物质含量较高。结果表明,超声强化对超临界CO2萃取蜂胶中有效成分(如柯因等化合物)有一定的强化作用。The constituents of propolis oleoresin extracted by supercritical CO2 with ultrasound enhancement were analyzed by GC--MS and compared with those extracted by supercritical CO2. Forty cumponents were separated in this experiment. The results showed that no major differences were found in the composition of the oleoresins extracted by the two different methods, while the contents of benzenecarboxylic acid, cinnamyl cinnamate, (Z)-14-tricosenyl formate and chrysin in the propolis oleoresin obtained by SC-CO2 with ultrasound were higher than those extracted with SC-CO2. It indicated that power ultrasound signi?cantly enhanced the extraction yield of functional compounds such as chrysin.
