摘　　要：电力监控系统作为供配电系统的重要组成部分,目的是保证建筑物有一个安全、可靠的用电环境,同时也为用户提供一个高效、便捷的电力管理手段。简要阐述了电力监控系统的功能及拓扑结构。并以实际奥运场馆为例,介绍了其电力监控系统的设计与实施。The electric power monitoring system was one of important parts of the power distribution system, the system could provid a safe and reliable electric environment, meanwhile, it could supply an efficient and con- venient management method for users. The function and topology structure of electric monitoring system were introduced. Taking the Olympic gymnasium as example, the design and implementation of electric power monitoring system were described.
