摘  要:目的探讨WT-1蛋白在卵巢颗粒细胞瘤(granulosa cell tumor,GCT)发生发展中的作用,研究它和抗苗勒管激素(anti-mullerian hormone,AMH)、雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)在卵巢GCT中的表达及意义。方法用免疫组化方法研究WT-1蛋白、AMH、ER和PR分别在37例卵巢GCT和10例正常卵巢组织中的表达情况。结果WT-1蛋白、AMH、ER在卵巢GCT中的表达都明显高于它们在正常组织中的表达(P<0.05),且随组织分化程度与临床分期提高而降低,而PR的表达在正常组、不同分化组与不同临床分期组之间差异无统计学意义。WT-1蛋白和AMH的表达呈正相关关系,ER和PR的表达亦呈正相关关系。结论WT-1蛋白与卵巢GCT的发生发展无直接关系。它和AMH、ER可以作为卵巢GCT的辅助诊断指标,测定它们的表达可为诊断及判定预后提供理论依据。Objective To investigate the expression of WT-1 protein, anti-mullerian hormone, ER and PR in ovarian granulosa cell tumor, and to explore the role of WT-1 protein in the development of ovarian granulosa cell tumor. Methods Expression of WT-1 protein, AMH, ER and PR was measured with immunohistochemistry in 37 cases of ovarian granulosa cell tumor and 10 cases of norreal ovary. Results Expression of WT-1 protein,AMH and ER in ovarian granulosa cell tumor was significantly higher than that in normal ovary(P〈0.05) ,and the expression of them decreased in patients from stage Ⅰ to stage Ⅲ and from well differentiation to poor differentiation. The expression of PR between tissues of normal ovary and ovarian granulosa cell tumor, between different dif- ferentiated tissues,and between different stage tissues was not significantly different, respectively. The expression of WT-1 protein was positively correlated with AMH, and ER was positively correlated with PR. Conclusion The WT-1 protein may be not directly involved in the development of ovarian granulosa cell tumor. WT-1 protein,AMH, ER can be served as subsidiary tumor markers, and their expression can provide a theoretical basis for diagnosis and prediction of prognosis of ovarian GCT.
