摘 要:以左旋聚乳酸(PLLA)为研究对象,分别采用多官能团单体三烯丙基异氰酸酯(TAIC)或三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)为敏化剂,利用熔融共混方法制备了PLLA/TAIC和PLLA/TMPTA材料,并用60Co γ射线源,在较低剂量(D≤25kGy)范围内对所制备的材料进行γ辐射。研究了γ辐射剂量、敏化剂种类与用量对材料力学性能等的影响。结果表明,在所考察的剂量范围内,PLLA的粘均分子量(Mη)随γ辐射剂量的增大而减小,当D=25kGy时,其Mη比辐射前降低了47%。在γ射线作用下,TMPTA和TAIC对难以发生交联反应的PLLA均具有较好的敏化作用,相对于TMPTA,TAIC对PLLA的敏化作用较强。所设计的两种辐射敏化体系中,虽然最多只加入3份多官能团单体,但在较小剂量的γ射线辐射后,PLLA的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度均有明显的提高。With PLLA as the research object, polyfunctional monomers triallyl isocyanuratc (TALC) and trimethylo]propane tris-aerylate (TMPTA) were used as sensitizers to prepare PLLA/TAIC and PLLA/TMPTA through melt mixing. These materials were treated by different doses (D ≤25 kGy) of 60Coγ-radiation. The effects of the γ-radiation dose, kinds of sensitizers and content of sen- sitizers on mechanical properties of PLLA were investigated. The results showed that the M, of PLLA decreased continuously with the increase of γ-radiation dose,and the average molecular weight(Mη ) of PLLA decreased by 47% at 25 kGy. The two sensitizers espe- cially TAIC had good sensitization effect on PLLA. In the two radiation sensitization system, although the content of polyfunctional monomers was maximum of only three phr, the tensile strength, bending strength and impact strength of the γ-irradiated PLLA were significantly improved in low radiation dose.
