摘 要:由于冷弯薄壁密肋结构构件尺寸较小且自重较轻,因此在风荷载作用下结构易发生破坏。本文利用有限元程序ANSYS对有蒙皮支撑的冷弯薄壁密肋结构进行了考虑几何非线性的有限元分析。结果表明,考虑蒙皮效应时结构空间整体性较好,在水平荷载作用下,结构的应力、变形及内力均有较大改善。在此基础上,对采用冷弯薄壁型钢密肋结构的某变电所二层小室进行考虑蒙皮效应的有限元分析,以期得到可供工程实践中考虑蒙皮效应设计的建议。The structure with cold-formed thin-wall members may be damaged under the larger wind loads because of their much light self-weight and small sections. A finite element method (FEM) for geometric nonlinear analysis of diaphragm braced cold-formed thin-wall structure under static loading is presented in this paper using ANSYS. It is shown that the spatial performance of the diaphragm-braced cold-formed thin-wall structure is better than the structure without diaphragms under horizontal load, and the performance of displacement, stress and internal force have improved obviously when stressed skin diaphragm are considered. On this base, a second-floor 350kV substation building was analyzed based on the FE model. The results are a reference to design this type of buildings much more reasonably.
