摘 要:利用0、100mM、200mM、300mM、400mM浓度的NaCl处理两份血缘关系较远的甜菜二倍体材料,结果表明:068(代号1)材料芽期耐盐性较强,自300mM始对甜菜种子发芽具有明显的抑制作用;抗1(代号2)材料耐盐性较弱,自200mM始对甜菜种子发芽具有明显的抑制作用,且用400mM处理的病芽率也达极显著水平。利用甜菜对盐敏感临界浓度300 mM对14份二倍体材料进行抗盐筛选,其中,代号1、3、8、12四份材料为抗盐胁迫种质,其它材料为盐胁迫敏感型种质。Sugarbeet diploid 2 lines with distant relation were treated with 0,100mM, 200mM, 300raM, 400raM NaCl. The results indicated that the tolerance to NaCl of 068 line was stronger than Kang 1 line, seed germination of 068 line was restrained from 300 mM and Kang 1 line from 200 raM. The higher percentage of disease genninations was from 400 mM NaCl.14 Gennplasms were screened with 300 mM NaCl that was critical concentration to NaCl stress in sugarbeet. The results showed that 1,3,8,12 lines were tolerant to NaCl and the others were susceptible germplasms.
