摘　　要：结合具体实例,从下料、装配、焊接、矫正四个流程对大型吊车梁的制作进行了介绍,并对V形坡口、K形坡口的对接,腹板与翼缘板组对以及焊接顺序作了具体的图示说明。Combining the actual examples, the paper introduces the manufacturing of the large crane-runway girder from four processes, the baiting, the assembly, the melding and the rectification. It displays the graphic illustration on the joints of the V-shaped groove and the K- shaped groove, the assembly of the webs and the comb-type caisson, as well as the melding sequences.
