摘　　要：以前常铜铁矿采选改扩建工程用水合理性分析为例,阐述了项目用水定额分析、配水方案优化,最终确定建设项目的合理取(用)水量的分析论证过程;通过类似定额的综合,为无对应用水定额条件下的用水合理性分析提供了依据。Taking the example of the water using rationality in former copper iron ore separation and reconstruction project, it illustrates the analyzing argumentation process of program water using quota analysis, optimizing water using plan, and making the rational water using amount of construction projects. Through the combining of similar quota, it provides a basis for the rationality analysis of water using under the condition of no corresponding water using quota.
