摘 要:测定了不同回潮率上浆涤纶长丝的红外光谱图,确定辐射主波长为2.96μm;理论计算辐射器的热源温度,并试验验证.试验结果显示,对于试验中所用的RE-64型远红外定向辐射器,理论计算的最佳温度点与实际不符.最后,根据试验结果和实际应用选择945℃为合理的辐射器热源温度.The infrared spectrograms of sized polyester filament with different moisture regains were investigated and a wavelength of 2. 96 μm was selected to be the main wavelength of the radiant energy. The ideal temperature of FIR emitter's heat source was theoretically calculated and verified by experiments. It was found that the theoretical optimal temperature was not in accordance with the emitter used in the experiment. Based on the experimental results and practical application, 945 ℃ was selected to be the reasonable temperature of the heat source.
