摘  要:本研究以硫酸锌为原料,在凹凸棒土表面包覆氧化锌,然后用硬脂酸钠对凹凸棒土(AT)进行有机表面改性。采用了X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、热分析(TG-DTA)、活化指数实验、分散性实验等对所得的凹凸棒土样品进行了表征。结果表明,氧化锌和硬脂酸钠的合适用量分别为:m(ZnO)∶m(AT)=3∶10,m(C17H35COONa)∶m(AT)=3∶20。当m(C17H35COONa)∶m(AT)<3∶20时,随着硬脂酸钠用量的增加,凹凸棒土表面吸附硬脂酸根的质量分数逐渐增大,所得凹凸棒土的活化指数随着升高;当m(C17H35COONa)∶m(AT)≥3∶20时,硬脂酸根已将凹凸棒土表面完全包覆。XRD显示,凹凸棒土表面包覆的氧化锌水合物以无定形结构存在。FTIR表明,硬脂酸根以物理吸附的方式附着于凹凸棒土的表面。分散性实验表明,经硬脂酸钠表面改性的凹凸棒土由亲水性变成了疏水性,凹凸棒土在有机体系的相容性增加。The surface organic modification of attapulgite with sodium stearate, which was pre-coated with zinc oxide using zinc sulfate as raw material, was studied. The as-prepared samples were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectra (FTIR), thermogravimetry(TG), differential thermal analysis(DTA), activation index, and dispersivity tests, respectively. The results showed that the suitable mass ratio of zinc oxide and sodium stearate were ascertained as: m(ZnO) : re(AT)=3 : 10, m(C17H35COONa) : m(AT)=3 : 20. When m(C17H35COONa) : m(AT)〈 3 : 20, the mass fraction of physisorbed stearate radical and activation index of attapulgite increased as the dosage of sodium stearate increased. The surface of attapulgite was wholly coated with stearate radical, while m(C17H31COONa) : re(AT)〉3 : 20. XRD revealed that zinc oxide on the surface of attapulgite was amorphous. FTIR indicated the interaction between attapulgite surface and stearate radical was physical adsorption. The dispersivity tests showed that the surface property of attapulgite modified with sodium stearate was changed from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity, and the compatibility properties of attapulgite in organic matrix is enchanced after the modification..
