摘  要:为改善硬石膏活性,实现其建材资源化,采用离心式颗粒粒度分析、SEM微结构分析、液相离子浓度结合宏观性能实验,研究了硬石膏粉磨活化及减水剂对硬石膏的助磨和分散作用。结果表明,硬石膏的水化活性随比表面积增加而提高,其适宜的比表面积为4500~5000cm2/g;FDN减水剂磨前掺入具有良好的助磨分散作用,使硬石膏颗粒比表面积增大,颗粒粒度细化,粒径分布更加集中;FDN磨前掺有良好的分散增强作用,使硬石膏稠度降低,水化率、强度明显提高。这为减水剂作为硬石膏的助磨分散功能组分制备硬石膏基材料提供了可行的工艺依据。In order to improve activity of anhydrite and implement its utilization as building materials, natural anhydrite was activated by grinding, and the aid-grinding and dispersive action of water reducing agent was studied. Its activating effect was assensed by centrifugal particle size analysis, and the analysis of microstructure of hardened paste and fluid phase ion concentration in combination with macrograph performance. The results indicate that the hydration activity of anhydrite is increased with the increase of its specific surface area, its suitable specific surface area is 4500-5000cm^2/g; Before grinding addition of FDN water reducing agent has good aid-grinding and dispersive action to increase the particle specific surface area, refine particle size, concentrate size distribution of anhydrite; Before grinding addition of FDN water reducing agent has good dispersive and intensive action to reduce consistency, increase hydration ratio and strength of anhydrite. It supply feasible process base to prepare anhydrite materials by using water reducing agent as the aid-grinding and dispersive function component to anhydrite.
